You may book hotel offers we provide on our Sites through our Platform (the “Site Bookings”). We may also provide special offers, promotional deals and money-off vouchers offers for hotels through links sent through direct messaging on accounts we own or operate on social media sites such as Instagram, which can be booked through our Platform (“Discounted Offers”). You may book Discounted Offers through our Platform (“Discounted Bookings”) (“Site Bookings” and “Discounted Bookings” are, collectively, “Bookings”). Discounted Offers shall only be valid during the period of validity and subject to the conditions of each Discounted Booking. Discounted Bookings may not under any circumstance be converted into a sum of money which is reimbursable or payable to you. Discounted Offers may only be used by you and shall not be transferable to third parties. Discounted Offers shall be subtracted from the value of your Booking including VAT but excluding the costs of shipping and delivering the Booking. Your Booking is also subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the hotel suppliers. All hotel offers, including discounted hotel offers, are subject to availability at the time of booking and we cannot guarantee their availability. Bookings are non-refundable except as set forth herein. Any refunds we may offer are solely based on any refund policies offered by the hotel supplier in connection with the Booking. Tripscout has the right to cancel your Booking in the event that you violate the hotel’s terms or policies, and we reserve the right not to refund any payments you made in connection with the Booking for such violations. You may cancel your Booking after you receive a Booking confirmation by sending us an email at support@tripscout.co. You agree that you will be solely responsible for any cancellation fees or fees imposed by the hotel suppliers for modifications to your Booking. In the event we determine, in our sole discretion, that the hotel offer is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to correct the price with no liability to us. We may offer you at our sole discretion to maintain your Booking at the current price, but we will not have any obligation to fulfill the Booking at the incorrect price. While we may provide you with hotel offers, including discounted hotel offers, we cannot guarantee that the hotel prices will remain the same as advertised, or even available, upon booking. We rely on the hotel suppliers to provide us accurate descriptions of hotels in connection with the offers we provide on our Sites and cannot guarantee the accuracy of such hotel descriptions. Tripscout disclaims all liability for any errors or inaccuracies in connection with hotel descriptions, prices, or any other information about the hotels or hotel amenities. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of claims made by hotel suppliers or any Content or Submissions related to any hotel suppliers and/or travel experiences, posted to our Sites. You are solely responsible to review travel information, including, without limitation, travel advisories, or COVID-19 and vaccine announcements by governmental authorities, prior to any Booking. When you make a Booking, your payment will be processed by our third-party payment processor (the “Processor”). You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Booking, including without limitation your credit card number, your credit card verification or other security code, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address and your shipping information to our Processor. Any such information provided to our Processor through the Sites will be subject to these Terms and our Privacy Statement. Please note that any payment transaction you conduct through our Sites and/or Platform will be subject to our Processor’s terms of use, privacy policy, and other practices.
